Art is a joyfilled journey.  From the technical to the loose painterly styles, art is a journey of sharing with others.

  • Private study with Dr. Ed Ellis, Illustrator, head of Art Dept at Central Missour State, Warrensburg, Mo. He attended college with Grant Wood in Iowa

  • Workshops with nationally recognized artists: Rick McClure, Scott Burdick, Cletus Smith, Dale Martin, Dr. Bob Palmer, Dana Schoppa

  • Taught in my own studio and enjoy studio and plein air painting

  • Corporate design works for Seagate Technology

  • Membership and Newsletter Chair for Edmond Art Association; Newsletter Editor for Oklahoma Art Guild

  • Native State Illinois; Oklahoma 30 years

  • Art is illustrative in nature combined with impressionistic style

  • Lately I enjoy regional Plein Air Painting (outdoors)
