Edmond Art Association's 50th Anniversary

Inspire the next chapter of our story

Inspire the next chapter of our story.

The Edmond Art Association is turning 50! As we celebrate five decades of creativity, connection, and community, we’re inviting our members to design a commemorative logo that reflects the vibrant, diverse spirit of our organization.

The selected design will lead the way for our anniversary celebrations and serve as the visual foundation for a full website rebrand in 2026. We’re looking for a modern, professional design that honors our history while representing the wide range of artists and mediums we support today.

Submission Deadline

Final designs must be submitted by Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Logo Guidelines

  • Theme: Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Edmond Art Association

  • Design Style: Clean, modern, and versatile

  • Tone: Professional, creative, and inclusive of all artistic styles and disciplines

  • Must Include: Edmond Art Association and a matching acronym (EAA)

  • Color: Full-color versions encouraged; design must also function in black & white

  • Format: Original design only; must be scalable and usable across both print and digital platforms (vector files preferred)

File Requirements (for Finalists)

To ensure the logo is adaptable for everything from billboards to social media profiles, selected designers will be asked to provide:

  • Preferred Formats:

    • Vector: .AI, .EPS, or .SVG

    • High-Resolution: .PNG and .JPG (at least 3000 x 3000 px @ 300 dpi)

    • Transparent background and flattened color versions

  • Suggested Sizes for Versatility:

    • Large format: Billboard or banner ready (vector required)

    • Print use: Scales cleanly for flyers and postcards (5x7" and larger)

    • Digital/social:

      • Facebook Profile/Cover: 320 x 320 px / 400 x 150 px

      • Instagram Square: 1080 x 1080 px

      • Web header: 1200 x 600 px

Winner Perks

  • Featured as the official 50th Anniversary logo across all materials

  • Design will guide the 2026 website rebrand

  • Artist credit in publications, press, and online

  • Recognition within the EAA community

Let your design mark this milestone in EAA history — one that honors where we've been and points to where we’re going.
